Description

This factory is a well-known plastic factory which specializes in manufacturing all kinds of plastic products in Indonesia. In this case, we have installed AVN420 in the storehouse and the office. With Solid Light, it is suitable for dark environment and is able to automatically control the amount of light to avoid over-exposure. For production lines, entries and the surrounding of the factory,, we used AVM552B, the camera with WDR, to ensure all images are clear under the insufficient lighting. With its vari-focal lens, customers can adjust the focal length to get the best view. With the external I/O for connecting to external alarm devices, the camera will alarm directly while any event occurs. The cameras all support PoE, allowing a single ethernet cable to transmit both data and power to devices, eliminating the needs of camera adapters to supply power, and decreasing the difficulty of installation. According to the surveillance environment, we used 4 AVH516 for recording, and used HDM02 to combine the screens of 4 NVRs in the server room. For the control room, we used CMS PRO to manage and monitor: E-Map can define areas and groups by management personnel, and Health Check can check the status of all devices. At the same time, the manager can use the app EagleEyes on smartphone and get the first-hand situation instantly in the factory.
